Just a quick post to reveal where most South Africans went for their election 2009 news. I dipped into Nielsen//NetRating stats for an "apples with apples" view on the situation. 702 Talk radio surprised and News24 peaked over 300,000 users on the day after voting. [ continue reading here ]

Twitter not hacked – database bug

So yes - I did get a little excited yesterday with the strange occurrences in my Twitter-verse that led me to believe they had been hacked - even to the extent that I sent my post link to TechCrunch for investigation. Alas they did not - but Twitter was very good in replying that it was in fact a bug.
